Law Day Match Unlocked

You did it!

This year, we celebrated Law Day on May 1st with a $10,000 challenge match for the first $10,000 raised. What a way to create momentum heading into the 2024 Campaign for Justice.

Thanks to all of you who supported this early part of the Campaign. In the first days of May, your generosity exceeded our goal and resulted in $31,365 for civil legal aid. That means, when combined with the $10,000 match, Law Day kicked things off with $41,365 in financial support for this year’s Campaign for Justice. Amazing!

Together, we are helping to ensure that people in Maine who are facing civil legal issues that contribute to challenges they face in their day-to-day lives can get the advice or representation they need, no matter how much money they have.
